Mount Huangshan comes from one of the 5 sacred mountains of China. Exercises strengthen muscles, tendons, glands and internal organs, especially the reproductive organs. In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) the emphasis is on function and energy (qi) rather than their anatomy.
