It was officially founded and started it\u2019s activities in 1998. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taichi.gr\/en\/about\/bios\/teachers\/#lydia\">Lydia Tillianaki<\/a> is the main instructor and founder of the Association. <br>The teaching program includes the internal martial art of Tai Chi Chuan Yang style (with Dong Family) and therapeutic art of \u00a0Chi Kung. \u00a0We accept \u00a0students who have the time and enthousiasm \u00a0to learn those arts.  <br>Beginners lessons start each year around the beginning of September. Usually the new programme is announced from June. <br>Many students have stayed through the years and still enjoy the benefits of these arts.\u00a0A few of them who studied  the arts very seriously,  have now become certified teachers from Master Alex Dong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year the Association organizes &nbsp;workshops with special guest&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taichi.gr\/en\/about\/bios\/masters\/#alex\">Master Alex Dong<\/a>, Lydia\u2019s main teacher. These workshops are international and many of Master Alex Dong\u2019s students from abroad are invited to join. They usually lust 4-5 days, filled with intense study, corrections and enrichment of material. Every few years &nbsp;we also organise Chi Kung workshops with Master\u2019s from abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The intent of the Association is to keep the the students level at a high standard and to help the propagation of these internal arts.
