Weekly Classes 28/9 -30/9 and Push hands intensive 1-4/10.Master Alex Dong will be coming for a week long international workshop to teach classes on Forms during the week and a 4 day push hands intensive.

The push hands workshop in September was a great success. Students from all over the world joined Master Alex at South Pelion in Greece. Lots of push hands trainging, and lots of fun too.
