Calming down

I have been practicing tai chi and qigong for eight years. On a physical level, tai chi has increased my energy a lot. I feel much better. My qigong expands my energy and exercises my whole body. So, with qigong I feel my whole body, while tai chi trains me. It trains my mind, patience, self-control. It concentrates me. On a mental level, it has helped me a lot, because when I started tai chi I was a very nervous person. A lot. And now it has helped me and calmed me down. I see that I am doing much better and I am much calmer. I want to do much more of course! Thank you.
