This is my third year coming to the school. I started Qigong in my second year.
Qigong helped me relax, loosen my blockages and open my body again and “straighten”, meaning orthosomically. In Qigong, the blows and contact with our body, I feel that it helps it regenerate as much as possible.
Tai Chi offered me similar results in another way. It gives you a sense of space, of the boundaries of your body in space, exercises memory, synchronization and helps with the asynchronous movements of the body between the left and right sides. It is important that we do it as a group.
I come to a state of calm more easily, I concentrate faster, in the past I wanted time when I came to the school. Now, after about ten minutes, I start to yawn. At first I thought it was offensive to those around me, the instructor, although I felt good, I didn’t stop. Then I understood, I felt, that it was something that was happening.
My body is getting stronger without going to the gym or any other frequent strengthening activity. I started because my knees hurt, I had a bone swelling in the shin below the knee. Through a friend I came into contact with your school. The first year I was stressed, I was working long hours teleworking and the injury I had.
Thank you, I feel lucky to have been at your school.
