In the tai chi world

Completing my third year trying to enter the world of tai chi, I believe that it helped me a lot in terms of stress management, inner peace, calmness and patience. Physically, I saw an improvement in balance and stability. Characteristically, in the second year I happened to fall down 10 steps. Other than a muscle strain in my back, my body protected itself from something worse by curling up flexibly during the fall.

Taking tai chi classes is now a core part of me, a small “beacon” of my life that gives me a purpose. I may not have yet managed to practice it as much as I would like, but little by little, now that I have overcome the difficulty of the beginning, I enjoy my teachers’ correction, attention to detail, observation: Elements that I understand that irrigate my entire daily life.
